Our “Onsen Croissant” is made by folding aromatic fermented butter together with drinkable sodium bicarbonate hot spring water, and it is a one-of-a-kind croissant you can only enjoy here. The café menu has something for everyone, from adults to children, including the adex Special, made to order and accented with [porcini sauce / cream cheese] and wasabi sauce, and the shrimp and avocado sandwich
