In recent years, incidents of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire have been reported both in Japan and abroad. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms. ■ When Leaving the Room Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you are away from your room. ■ Locations to Avoid When charging a device from a mobile battery, or charging a mobile battery using the room’s power outlet, please avoid the following locations: Areas exposed to direct sunlight On beds, sheets, curtains, or other flammable materials During charging, please ensure the device is placed where you can check its condition at all times. ■ Safety Measures If the above situations are found during room cleaning, or if urgent safety concerns arise, our staff may stop the charging or move the mobile battery to another location for safety reasons.
